Procurement Professional

We are seeking a procurement professional to fill the position of Procurement Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in procurement and be responsible for sourcing contracts, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to negotiate contracts with suppliers, develop negotiation approaches and terms, and identify key benchmarks.
- Maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements, achieving business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and manage activities to achieve annual goals without compromising relationship integrity or quality.
- Review existing contracts, gather business requirements, and formulate sourcing strategies for renewals.
- Analyze spend to develop category strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures and possess 1-3 years of experience in procurement experience with indirect purchases.
- Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience With Contract Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
