Senior Program Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Senior Program Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives, leveraging exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our business objectives, initiating various programs, measuring progress, risk management, and successful delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Direction: Oversee program scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget constraints.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Foster a culture of communication and alignment among cross-functional teams, promoting seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact program success, developing contingency plans to ensure resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and seek their support when needed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key program metrics, create dashboards and visualizations, and generate reports to monitor progress and measure success.
  • Process Improvement & Quarterly Planning: Own and manage the end-to-end quarterly planning cycle, including pushing product team to gather requirements from business teams, coordinating with Product to develop concept notes or PRDs, working with Design team to obtain wireframes or sketches, collaborating with Engineering to conduct grooming sessions, capacity planning, and finalizing the feature list for the upcoming quarter.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in program management.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
  • High attention to detail by prioritizing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to understand cross-functional dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered programs.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical programs.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence Stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/Certifications (Added Advantage): PMP, PMI ACP, PfMP; Certification in Scrum / Kanban Methodology - CSM, ACSM. CSP - Scrum Master, PSM 1, PSM 2; SAFe certification.
