We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to join our team. As an IAM expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining comprehensive IAM solutions using ForgeRock products.
Your primary focus will be on implementing sophisticated authentication and authorization workflows, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Intelligent Authentication, and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, WS-Trust, and Kerberos.
You will also integrate IAM solutions seamlessly with various enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, directory services (LDAP/Active Directory), and by developing custom connectors.
In addition, you will develop custom modules, intricate authentication trees, scripts (Java, JavaScript, Groovy), policies, and adapters to extend ForgeRock functionalities.
You will automate deployment processes leveraging DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, CodeFresh). You will also utilize containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
As an IAM expert, you will proactively monitor system performance, perform advanced troubleshooting and incident response, and provide essential production support, including participation in on-call rotation for P1/P2 incidents.
You will draft and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design specifications, architecture flows, runbooks) to ensure knowledge transfer and support audit/regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IAM development or engineering and strong proficiency with ForgeRock products.
They will have demonstrated experience in implementing various authentication and authorization mechanisms, integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems, and working with DevOps best practices.
The successful candidate will possess expertise in developing custom modules, authentication trees, and scripts, as well as experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in an IAM context.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
