Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist to join our team. As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management systems, executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and supporting the business team in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate, clean, and segmented CRM database to ensure optimal customer insights and informed business decisions.
  • Execute email, SMS, and push notifications to support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting products, services, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to the business team to drive strategy and improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys through targeted campaigns and content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and increase productivity.

Requirements:

To succeed as a CRM specialist, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments with a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools, such as Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights to drive business decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies to develop targeted campaigns.
