Lead iOS Developer Position

We are looking for a seasoned Senior iOS Developer to lead our team in building, scaling, and maintaining high-performance iOS applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Swift and Objective-C, with experience in leading complex projects from conception to delivery. He/She must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions that ensure clean, maintainable code.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy complex, high-performance iOS applications.
  • Bid on scalable and efficient mobile solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality apps that meet customer expectations.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering best coding practices and ensuring knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Develop unit tests, automated UI tests, and integrate CI/CD practices for app reliability and efficiency.
  • Monitor app performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 7+ years in iOS app development.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining at least three large-scale, production-grade iOS applications.
  • Strong expertise in Swift with working knowledge of Objective-C, including asynchronous programming, clean code practices, unit testing, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Xcode, Git/GitHub, CocoaPods, Firebase, GraphQL, RxSwift, Figma, and design collaboration workflows.
  • Experience working in agile teams (5+ engineers) with CI/CD pipelines, excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Exposure to cross-platform frameworks or backend integration.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or App Store apps.
  • Experience in performance optimization and scalability design for enterprise-level apps.
