We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with foundational knowledge of automation to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing complex enterprise software, B2B mobile applications, ERP, CRM, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise mobility back-office platforms. The role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and architects to ensure that applications meet functional, performance, and usability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough manual testing of 
    B2B mobile applications, web platforms, ERP, CRM, AI-based systems, and enterprise mobility solutions
    .
  • Execute 
    test cases
     (manual and basic automated), identify bugs, and verify fixes.
  • Conduct 
    functional, regression, UI/UX, API, and database testing
     to ensure product quality across platforms.
  • Validate integrations and workflows across complex enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX teams for usability and user experience improvements.
  • Document defects, test results, and prepare clear testing reports.
  • Support the creation of 
    basic test automation scripts
     for regression and repetitive tasks.
  • Understand 
    software architecture for B2B mobile and web apps
     to design more effective testing strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years
     of experience in software testing, especially for enterprise systems.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Manual testing of 
    ERP, CRM, AI-based enterprise apps, and mobility solutions
    .
  • API testing
     (Postman, Swagger, or similar tools).
  • UI/UX testing
     across devices and browsers.
  • Database testing
     (SQL queries for validation).
  • Basic knowledge of test automation (Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks).
  • Familiarity with 
    B2B mobile and web application architectures
    .
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to 
    performance testing
     and security testing basics.
  • Familiarity with 
    CI/CD pipelines
     for QA integration.
  • Knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
