Data Architect Position Overview

This is a highly specialized role that demands in-depth knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and manipulation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data-driven projects, making informed decisions, and designing robust data pipelines.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Participate in the design and development of features in the existing Data Warehouse.
  • Provide leadership in establishing connections between Engineering, product, and analytics/data scientists teams.
  • Design, implement, and update existing/new batch ETL pipelines.
  • Define and implement data architecture.
  • Partner with engineers and data analysts to build reliable datasets that can be trusted, understood, and used by the company.
  • Work with various data orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, and others).
  • Possess passion for your job and enjoy a fast-paced international working environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data architecture and models.
  • Solid expertise in data modelling paradigms such as Kimball, Inmon, Data Marts, Data Vault, Medallion, and others.
  • Experience with cloud-based data strategies and big data technologies.
  • Expertise in writing ETL pipelines combining Python + SQL.
  • Understanding of data manipulation libraries in python like Pandas, Polars, DuckDB.
  • Experience in designing Data visualization with different tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
