Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Teacher/ Special Educator at Mango Town in Jaipur - Vaishali Nagar. The Special Educator will be responsible for providing support and instruction to students with disabilities in a middle school setting. Day-to-day tasks may include creating lesson plans, adapting materials, implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitoring student progress, and communicating with parents and other educators. Additionally, the role involves incorporating Behavioral Therapy techniques to support students' emotional and social development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in teaching students with disabilities
  • Knowledge of special education policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with students in a middle school setting
  • Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include patience, empathy, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Experience with Behavioral Therapy techniques is highly desirable.
