Job Opportunity: Excel Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide advanced Excel analysis and reporting support to our customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to deliver accurate insights and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and create reports using advanced Excel functions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop charts, pivot tables, and dashboards for business insights, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills, exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel Expertise: Strong knowledge of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research and prior experience, following instructions with 100% accuracy.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling, proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
