Job Summary
This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves auditing the financial transactions of our company.
Main Responsibilities:
- GST Filing: Ensure accurate and timely filing of Goods and Services Tax returns.
- TDS Calculation and Filing: Calculate and file Tax Deducted at Source for all employees.
- Accounts: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Supervising company work flow: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth functioning.
- Acquire, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation: Collect, analyze and evaluate financial documents to identify areas of improvement.
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum: Document the audit process and prepare a memorandum outlining the findings.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process: Prepare and present reports highlighting the audit results and documenting the process.
- Conduct follow up audits: Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
- M.Com (Taxation): Postgraduate degree in Taxation.
- 2+ years' experience in internal auditing: Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and databases: Proficient in MS Office and databases.
