Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Verification Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the design verification process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement verification plans, strategies, and procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage of all product features and functionality.
  • Leverage expertise in formal-based verification methodologies, SV/UVM/Specman tools, and regression testing to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Analyze and interpret data from functional and code coverage analysis to inform design improvements and optimize verification processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including verification plans, test cases, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with SV/UVM/Specman tools and formal-based verification methodologies.
  • Familiarity with mixed signal IP (SerDes, DDR) verification and PIPE i/f or Ethernet.
  • Strong understanding of PCIe and/or high-speed Ethernet protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
