- Maintain high standards in customer service.
- Consult with patients regarding their prescriptions while organizing medicines.
- Recommend alternative brands of the same medication to patients, addressing their queries in person or over the phone.
- Manage expiry medications and handle billing processes.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers while monitoring drug expenditures and conducting weekly audits.
