Account Growth Strategist

Bharat Managed Services is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to drive account growth and build strong client relationships. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell IT services.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in client relationship management within the IT services industry, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth and upselling IT services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the clients organization.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow account revenue through cross-selling and upselling of IT services.
