Employee Central and ECP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) consultant to lead the implementation of our payroll system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in accordance with business requirements.
  • Perform thorough testing and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring accurate data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR and payroll processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes, payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reporting, People Analytics, etc.).
  • Understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and its migration to SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Experience working in global HR and payroll environments.
