Teamcenter Solution Architect/Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter professional to design, develop, and implement next-generation PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Teamcenter development, consulting, or solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and implementing business-critical Teamcenter solutions
  2. Analyzing client processes and providing PLM optimization recommendations to improve operations
  3. Developing and maintaining customized Teamcenter configurations using ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, and other relevant technologies
  4. Designing and implementing integrations with CAD tools and ERP systems
  5. Configuring workflows, lifecycles, and business rules to align with organizational processes
  6. Conducting requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications
  7. Leading solution architecture design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  8. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to Teamcenter developers and consultants
  9. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, integration, and production environments
  10. Implementing PLM best practices, governance frameworks, and data management strategies
  11. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides
Requirements:
  • 5-12 years of experience in Teamcenter development, consulting, or solution architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, and related Teamcenter tools
  • Expertise in Teamcenter administration, configuration, and customization
  • Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD systems and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of PLM processes such as BOM management, change management, document management, and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, and web technologies
  • Experience in solution design, system implementation, and deployment for medium to large-scale projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Preferred Skills:
  • Teamcenter Active Workspace (AW) experience
  • Experience with cloud-based PLM deployments (AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of PLM digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 trends
  • Certifications in Teamcenter or PLM technologies
