Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Solutions Architect

Experience: 8+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing solutions architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of Opcenter solutions across our manufacturing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Opcenter solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Implement MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules including LIMS and CALVIN.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  • Integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM for seamless data exchange.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support data validation, audit trails, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration blueprints, and system roadmaps.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Opcenter RD&L, LIMS, and CALVIN for lab workflow management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
