Job Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to introduce and explain the company's products/services to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team by asking relevant questions and building rapport.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maintain relationships and maximize conversion opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English, strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. They should be able to handle objections and maintain professionalism, while meeting daily/weekly/monthly call and lead qualification targets.

The Sales Growth Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth through their ability to build strong relationships with potential customers and identify new opportunities.
