Job Title: Back Office Executive

About this role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to handle day-to-day back-office operations, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare management information reports, maintain databases, and support managers in operational tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication with internal teams.
  • This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability to manage correspondence, quotations, invoices, and basic financial documentation.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information while working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
