
Business Development Representative

As a Sales Team Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
Your duties will also include promoting brand awareness internally and externally, gathering materials, and assembling information packages. You will use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information in software involved in the sales process. You will also serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in using software related to the sales process.
