We are seeking a seasoned Power Platform Developer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge analytics and digital transformation solutions. About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and data modeling techniques.
  • Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business operations and enhance productivity.
  • Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure services to create seamless data flows.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets to ensure optimal results.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST/JSON) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology is desirable.
