About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software professional to join our collaborative team as we strive to push the boundaries of what's possible in software development.

As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver results-driven solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing software systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Test-Driven Development, React, React.js, or JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies
  • Able to design and develop web architecture and optimize existing infrastructure
  • Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies within a continuous deployment environment
  • Interest in mastering technologies like web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, CI/CD tools
  • Knowledge of server configuration and deployment infrastructure
  • Experience using source control, bug tracking systems, writing user stories, and technical documentation
