Job Title: Gen AI Developer

Skill: General Artificial Intelligence is a research area focused on creating intelligent machines that can perform tasks requiring human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI solutions using Python with proficiency in frameworks like Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.
  • Architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques including GraphRAG to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and General AI driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen hands-on experience with at least one required.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures RAG and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient AI solutions.
