This role entails managing projects across various technology and patent services areas, focusing on project requirements understanding and high-quality results delivery for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in telecom as a technology domain and be familiar with WLAN (Wi-Fi 5/6/7, WFA) and 3GPP standards. Additionally, they will guide team members on client projects and ensure timely delivery of internal and external reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high quality delivery and TAT compliance, 100% compliance to client SLAs.
  • Team Management: Contribute to training/upskilling team members, provide feedback, and lead by example.
  • Operations: Meet individual and project-level targets, execute processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Personal Attributes:

  • Effective Communication: Display responsive communication and build strong relationships with people at all levels.
  • Decision-Making: Make decisions based on experience, education, and understanding of project needs.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in infringement analysis/claim charting.
  • Experience working in telecom as a technology domain.
  • Knowledge of WLAN (Wi-Fi 5/6/7, WFA), 3GPP standards, and ETSI/IEEE standards.

Education:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech (ECE/CS/EEE)
