Automation Process Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with banking stakeholders to capture and document business processes, requirements, and workflows.
With a deep understanding of business needs and technical capabilities, you will translate complex requirements into clear and concise documents, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will act as the bridge between business teams and development teams, participating in workshops, design sessions, and planning activities.
Strong documentation skills, experience working in Agile environments, and a proven track record of delivering automation projects are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include writing functional specifications, user stories, and solution requirements; participating in discovery workshops and design sessions; and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Appian solutions and technologies, with 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
