Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Target

Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums. Responsible for meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch. Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention of existing customers.

Lead Generation & Management Activities

Monitoring the activities of the Branch teams at all locations and ensure regular flow of business. Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels. Planning & execution of marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis.

Business Process Flow & Management

Responsible for housing loan file logins as per the product & policy norms of AhamHFC. Location visits to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal. Ensuring proper & complete documentation of housing loan files put up for sanction. Management of post-sanction documentation i.e. disbursement documentation.

Team Recruitment & Training

Responsible for recruitment of branch teams training them and ensuring the productivity levels as per the norms of the company.

Portfolio Quality Management

Responsible for management of portfolio quality. Responsible for closure of outstanding post-disbursal documentation. Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for regularization of the loan.

Essential Skills

Good communication skills are essential. Must possess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.

Education

Must be a graduate from any stream.
