Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to oversee the development of our backend and AI systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and deploying scalable distributed systems.
  • They will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and upholding engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of large-scale AI pipelines including LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, personalization, and conversational AI.
  • Architect and optimize complex backend infrastructure including APIs, microservices, databases, and real-time systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend engineering and AI/ML.
  • Strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL + NoSQL), cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
  • Deep hands-on experience with machine learning/NLP frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI API).
