About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer – Wealth Products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and enabling new Relationship Managers (RMs) to quickly become profit centers while ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and certifications required to serve High Net Worth Individuals and institutional clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for HNI and institutional clientele.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to new RMs, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
- Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.
- Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources, study plans, and coaching.
- Teach RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary to help RMs overcome challenges and enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with management to track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans to drive results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domain.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about developing others.
