The company operates on this platform leverage, offering credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.About the Team: The Talent Acquisition team identifies, sources, and secures top talent in the market to be hired for Paytm's various businesses. About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting, tracking, coordinating, and interviewing candidates until onboarding. Your primary goal is to deliver end-to-end recruitment services. Expectations/Requirements: 1. Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, work hard, and get the job done. 2. Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, demographics, and best practices. 3. Utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and solve challenges. 4. Optimize operational process flows and deliver a consistent, scalable, customer-obsessed recruitment experience. 5. Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLAs. 6. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs. 7. Create and present KPI reports and manage dashboards. 8. Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, source mix, and offer-to-join ratio for the BU. Superpowers/Skills: 1. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Sales/Business/Bulk Hiring. 2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, employment branding, and team handling. 3. Familiarity with various selection methods and social media, job boards, and Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools, preferably with experience working on HRIS tools. Education: Graduate or PG completed (preferable in HR).
