Job Overview

Senior Professional with a Focus on Operational Audit in Engineering and Technology.

You will make a significant impact by:

  • Identifying key risks within operational and financial environments, and developing an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive audits around topics like procurement, projects in industries, to address the identified risks.
  • Enhancing and challenging existing audit techniques.
  • Developing and promoting digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
  • Independently driving assurance objectives during fieldwork, including stakeholder interviews and technical evaluations.
  • Participating in meetings with senior management to present conclusions and recommended improvements.
  • Maintaining and building your network in various businesses and functions.
  • Utilizing CF As agile audit methodology for audit engagements.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background, including a master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, IT, and/or Business.
  • 8-10 years of experience in industries similar to project business, PLM, manufacturing, product business, supply chain, or a Big 4 accounting or consulting firm.
  • The ability to transfer your Engineering/Technology mind-set into multiple audit cases.
  • An understanding of projects from bid stage to execution, including bid documentation, tendering, scheduling, achievements, resourcing, monitoring, etc.
  • Necessary skills, experience, and motivation to develop out of Controlling and Finance Assurance department within 6-8 years and move into a business role.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and education.
  • Demonstrated history of career advancement.
  • Ability to continue an accelerated career track.
  • Fluency in English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% (including internationally) as well as to live/embrace our remote-working culture.
