About the Opportunity

Taggd is a digital recruitment platform that provides ready-to-hire talent to various industries.

The Role:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter who can develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and key HR contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a sound understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs and ensure sourcing strategy is aligned.
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity and improve compliance.
  • Communicate the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders.
  • Governance and Compliance: Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure
  • Extensive experience in sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Experience: 8+ years in search/RPO firms or quick learners with excellent communication skills and a zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.

Desired Competencies:

  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Strong experience of hiring for manufacturing, sales & marketing, corporate roles preferably in steel, mining, chemical industry, agrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and FMCG space.
  • Strong knowledge of professional networks and job portal usage.
  • Head hunting skills.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.
  • High target and delivery orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management (ATS).
  • Boolean/advanced searches.
