About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for someone with 8+ years of experience in supporting and configuring Salesforce applications, including Veeva CRM, Health Cloud, and Vault. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions that adhere to architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex Salesforce applications and integrations with Veeva CRM, Vault, and other systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement continuous delivery pipelines and adhere to DevOps best practices.
- Maintain architecture artifacts and champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, security, and maintainability of existing data and platform architecture.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development on Veeva and Salesforce cloud platforms.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting and configuring Salesforce applications, including Veeva CRM and Health Cloud.
- Deep knowledge in Veeva CRM suite of products and modules, including CLM, Approved Emails, Veeva Align, and MyInsights.
- Experience in configuring Veeva Vault Promomats and MedComms.
- Certified Salesforce Developer Level 1 and/or Level 2.
- Experience in writing Salesforce APEX code and supporting architectural and code reviews.
- Knowledge of data modeling and clear understanding of data structures and relationships.
We also welcome candidates with:
- Certified Salesforce Application or Technical Architect.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Certified Vault Platform Administrator.
- Experience in integration software such as MuleSoft.
- Experience in RESTful APIs and user authentication/authorization.
