We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive supply growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

About the Role

This role requires an individual with experience in fleet acquisition & retention, supporting cross-functional teams, and leading driver engagement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities by identifying gaps and establishing new channels of acquisition.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction (CSat) and passenger satisfaction (PSat) activities, as well as driver research and survey activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams, including GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams, to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct market share analysis and create plans to improve our footprint in the market.
  • Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters to bolster our recruitment efforts.
  • Build relationships with local authorities to ensure effective supply management.
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies to onboard new and active drivers, driving engagement and retention.
  • Take ownership of various projects and initiatives to promote our brand in the market.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities or regions.
  • Grittiness: You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges hands-on.
  • You're a go-getter who can solve and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills, with the ability to leverage data to address large-scale operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is highly valued.
