Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to fulfill a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing, including test cases, test execution, and reporting defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Case Development: Creating comprehensive test cases for module, integration, and system testing.
  • Test Management: Designing and developing tools for test management, execution, and reporting to enhance the software testing process.
  • Process Knowledge: Maintaining strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with developers to report and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in testing web and windows-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience in performance testing.
  • Test Case Creation: Crafting test cases, test sets, and test executions for web and windows-based applications.
  • Ad-Hoc Testing: Performing ad-hoc testing, smoke testing, data-driven testing, cross-browser testing.
  • Release Acceptance: Conducting release acceptance, functional, integration, system level, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server, and SQL is an advantage.
  • Atlassian Experience: Experience with Atlassian products and XRAY is an advantage.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
