Job Title

A key professional role exists for an accomplished analyst within our organization. As a pivotal member of the functional team, you will be responsible for processing transactions, events, or data with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Timely completion of transactions, including relevant controls, within designated areas of responsibility.
  2. Application of internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to SLAs, KRIs, KPIs, and quality measures.
  3. Maintenance of relationships with front-office clients for time-sensitive, complex, or regulated tasks.
  4. Contribution to product development to meet evolving client needs and market trends.
  5. Risk escalation to line managers and functional leads as necessary, and participation in mitigation or control solution development.
  6. Effective collaboration with colleagues to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in technical areas, preferably with reconciliation expertise.
  • Product and system knowledge within the respective product line.
  • Basic analytical skills with adaptability in production problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local languages (written/verbal).
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work in fast-paced environments, keeping pace with technological innovation.
  • Open-mindedness, with a willingness to share information, transfer knowledge, and expertise.
