This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Analyst and is located in Delhi, India.

The position involves conducting research to develop new products and processes, analyzing data, and ensuring the successful implementation of R&D projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, compiling and analyzing research data, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and analysis to inform product development
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a safe working environment
  • Compiling and analyzing research data to identify trends and insights
  • Preparing technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and carrying out research projects
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation
  • Proficient laboratory skills including equipment maintenance and experiment execution
  • Background in research methodologies and techniques
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
  • Medical knowledge is beneficial
