Software Development Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional software development leader to drive the success of our organization. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using ReactJS and FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Web Applications: Utilize your expertise in ReactJS and FastAPI to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications that meet our product requirements.
  • Lead and Mentor Developers: Lead a team of developers and mentor them to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ReactJS: Possess a solid understanding of ReactJS and its ecosystem.
  • Strong Backend Skills: Have experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrate experience leading developer teams and mentoring individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Product Vision and Prototyping Skills: Showcase strong product intuition and the ability to rapidly prototype solutions.
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Requirements:

Hands-on Experience with LLMs: Possess hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or building tools using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
