Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Process Development Specialist to lead the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement process solutions for project development, industrialization layouts, and production optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.
  • Work closely with IP, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop trim parts, including door and pillar trim.
  • Maintain accurate eBOM, mBOM, BOR, BOP, and SC lists to facilitate smooth product development and supply chain management.
  • Support the creation of PLM deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, from conceptual phase to first customer shipment.
  • Evaluate and implement resource life cycle management, FCC maintenance, and quality control procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is necessary.
  • Proficiency in eBOM, mBOM, BOR, BOP, and SC lists is essential.
  • A strong understanding of project development, manufacturing processes, and industrialization layouts is required.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines is essential.
