Job Role: Classroom Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to support our academic operations team in managing daily classroom activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for arriving before classes to check and set equipment, distributing class materials, maintaining accurate student attendance records, and supporting invigilation of tests.
  • They will also be expected to maintain discipline and decorum in classrooms and common areas, assist faculty members in running sessions smoothly, and coordinate with the IT team as needed.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, be proficient in basic computer applications (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and have the ability to handle routine technical issues.

Requirements
  • Graduation degree as minimum qualification
  • Freshers welcome; prior experience in academic operations or the education sector preferred
