Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interior Execution Specialist to join our team. As an Interior Execution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior projects from planning to handover.

The specialist is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Design Review: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
