Project Manager, Hardware Subsystems

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving project success and delivering high-quality products to the market. You will provide leadership and support for multiple projects within the hardware subsystems portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead project teams through the project life cycle, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global product engineering teams to identify and prioritize projects, optimizing technical product offerings, processes, and programs.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal customers, external partners, and senior leadership.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex engineering projects, with expertise in product development life cycle management.
  • Experience in executing hardware programs using agile methodologies, with proficiency in Microsoft project planning tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional global teams, with knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
