Senior Financial Professional Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit and Review Engagement Management: Plan engagements, perform testing or analytical procedures, prepare all work paper documentation, and lead engagements from start through completion.
  • Tax Return Preparation: Input tax returns for clients in tax software.
  • Financial Statement and Tax Return Issuance: Take full responsibility for preparation of deliverables to the client, including financial statements and tax returns.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain effective relationships with clients and communicate with them to obtain necessary information to ensure engagement deliverables are complete and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working for a public accounting firm.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior or supervisor role at a public accounting firm.
  • Experience in audit management.
  • Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant License is required.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx Engagement software and CCH ProSystem Fx Tax software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
