Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist, you will work with a luxury residential interiors client to execute overall procurement processes like strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, developing, and implementing procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities include devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies, exploring profitable suppliers, initiating procurement partnerships, building long-term relationships with vendors, preparing block estimates, BOQ's, and seeking proposals as per specifications. You will also participate in techno-commercial negotiations to reduce costs, review contract specifications, assist in finalizing vendors, and communicate with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate supplier capabilities, and negotiate contracts to secure the best deals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Strategic sourcing, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, develop effective solutions, and implement changes.
