Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating agreements with customers, and facilitating timely execution and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing software escrow agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and addendums.
  • Negotiating agreement terms with various customers.
  • Timely handling of customer queries.
  • Facilitating agreement execution and follow-up with customers for timely completion and obtaining signed agreements.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in law and have a flair for documentation. Additionally, experience in contract management within the IT or BPO domain is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as negotiating skills, are also required. Multicultural awareness and sensitivity are crucial for engaging effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse nationalities.

Professional Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management within the IT or BPO domain is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
