Job Title: Matrix Analyst

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a key member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and maintaining complex systems.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and executing the development, support, and maintenance of our primary system with deep technical expertise.
  • He or she will also manage an operations team and liaise with internal and external teams to understand client requirements and bridge gaps between teams.
  • Key responsibilities include debugging issues, identifying root causes, and implementing proactive risk management strategies.
  • In addition, the selected individual will participate in user clarification sessions for new feature rollouts on our billing systems.
  • They will also be responsible for quality assurance of new features, reporting, managing, and tracking requirements and functional changes.
  • Experience with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration, engine task processing (API), events processing, and channel server management is essential for this position.

  • Strong background in developing and supporting complex systems.
  • Proven experience in managing operations teams and liaising with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
