AI Automation Expert Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI automation professional to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Intelligent Agents: Utilize Microsoft Co-Pilot to create tailored AI agents that meet departmental needs, enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows.
  • Automate Business Processes: Develop intelligent workflows and training support tools to automate knowledge access, freeing up resources for strategic initiatives.
  • Create Interactive Tools: Design role-play simulations and interactive tools to enhance job-specific performance, ensuring employees have the skills needed to excel in their roles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads to identify AI automation opportunities, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Sustainable Framework: Establish a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization, driving long-term success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal subject matter expert for AI automation strategy and best practices, providing guidance and support to teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-On Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Microsoft Co-Pilot Expertise: Proven experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Background in working with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions, and effectively communicating project progress.
