Senior Associate Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for complex digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and development to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation techniques and task analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and new media technologies.
  • Create proof of concepts for various devices and pitch capabilities presentations.
  • Work on estimations, provide necessary inputs for project status, and raise issues to the project lead on time.
  • Focus on customer-centric innovation, getting acquainted with domain tools, applications, and familiarizing with client business landscapes.
  • Conceptualize and design creative solutions that align business goals with user interface optimization and KPI measurements.
  • Lead presentation and successfully communicate conceptual ideas, wireframe designs, and design rationales both verbally and in documentation.
  • Develop pen and paper prototypes and create prototypes using basic and advanced tools for wireframing and clickable deliverables.
  • Knowledge of upcoming prototyping tools and techniques in the design industry.
  • Deliver user experience design for complex digital projects, satisfying quality aspects in timely manner, minimizing rework, and developing reusable components.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Design or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with design systems, UI design patterns, and Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of UX consulting, product design, and responsive web design.
