We are seeking an experienced Scala professional to develop and maintain scalable applications. You will work closely with our team to design, implement, and optimize high-quality software solutions using functional programming principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy efficient Scala applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure application stability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of functional programming concepts and their application in software development.
  • Proficiency in Scala language and experience with Akka, Play Framework, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as SBT and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical ideas effectively.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles.
