About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing operating plans based on business metrics driving costs.
  • Develop fixed cost budgets and plans with inputs from business heads and the annual operating plan.
  • Report all business transactions related to fixed costs, including provisions, unit economics, and month-on-month trend analysis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the general ledger team in preparing monthly management information system (MIS) reports by ensuring timely book closure and sharing relevant schedules for employee costs and other technology costs & reconciliations.
  • Review overall profit & loss statements for different business segments, identifying key movements in critical costs, and highlighting these to stakeholders.
  • Review reports and reconciliations prepared by finance executives and share data for segment reporting with internal finance team members.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Candidates should have experience with financial planning and analysis, as well as strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required.
