Site Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and designing site-specific solutions, interacting with clients to understand requirements, and translating those requirements into functional specifications.

The role involves technical design, configuration, and optimization of site setups to meet project and operational requirements. This includes installation work orders, generating bills of materials, and appending real estate work orders.

  • Design and implement end-to-end telecom site solutions, including structural, power, and equipment configurations.
  • Perform site surveys and feasibility assessments for equipment installation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety guidelines, and operator requirements. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential for this role.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment.

Familiarity with telecom technologies, such as 4G, 5G, microwave, and small cells, is necessary for this position. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site design tools is also required.
