Product Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our digital products.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team.
  • You will work closely with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • The Product Manager will ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.

We seek a highly skilled professional with experience in software development processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team.
  • Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements.
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
Technology Expertise:
  • Experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas.
  • Implements and supports strategic architecture initiatives.
  • Effectively uses MS Teams, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to be calm and deliver under pressure.
  • A sense of urgency and an eye for detail.
  • Enthusiastic with Strong relationship management skills and objective oriented focus.
  • Extremely comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions.
